Shipping Charges

FREE standard shipping within Australia for all orders over $120

FLAT RATE shipping fee $10 AUD within Australia under $120

EXPRESS RATE shipping fee of $16 AUD within Australia

Shipping Time

Please allow up to 24 hours for processing.  If you order is received before 12pm, it will generally be dispatched within 24 hours.  Orders placed on a weekend will be processed the next business day and are usually shipped within 24 hours.

Once your order is dispatched, Australia Post provides a 1-2 day delivery service for express and 3-5 working days for standard shipping.

During sale periods orders may be delayed.  Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 3-5 working days for standard shipping/ 1-2 days for express.

Any delivery date or time is only an estimate.  We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered.

Orders are subject to availability.


All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.  Upon completion of order, you will receive a delivery tracking number and order confirmation via email.

We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen parcels.  Please contact Australia Post and supply your tracking number for further information.

Returns + Refunds Policy

Faulty Items

Our items come with guarantees that fall under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault providing that the manufacturer is at fault and the garment has been well cared for. You are also entitled to have the items repaired or replaced if the item fails to be of acceptable quality. If you believe your item is faulty:

  1. You must email to notify Nomadi of the fault.
  2. You must provide details of the fault, including photographs.
  3. You will be asked to confirm (and in some cases sign a declaration) indicating that the item’s care and washing instructions have been adhered to.
  4. Nomadi will instruct you on how to proceed. This may include going into store or sending the item back to us through the post.
  5. Refunds will only be offered on faulty items once tested and assessed by our team. If we believe that you have not adhered to the care instructions or are making a false claim with regards to your item, a refund will not be issued.
  6. For items with minor faults, Nomadi reserves the right to offer store credit, exchange, repair (free of charge) or refund in a reasonable time frame. 


We accept exchanges for full priced items purchased online within 7 days of receipt of goods. we do not offer exchanges on any discounted items, including any promotional discounts. You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred as a result of requiring an exchange. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on sale products.

Unfortunately we do not offer refund for change of mind for instore purchases, however, we are happy to offer a store credit. We offer refunds on full priced items purchased online if they are deemed to be faulty and if we are contacted within 7 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn with tags attached

Once processed, the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned including your shipping costs associated with returning the order (you must send a copy of your shipping receipt with your return to enable us to refund the correct amount of shipping to you).  Please note we cannot refund to a different card or refund via a different method or to a different person.

Once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method, please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.

We do not offer refunds on gift cards or any discounted items, including any promotional discounts.

Online credit notes will expire a year from date issued and can only be used online.

We do not accept refunds or exchanges on the following items:

  • Reduced stock
  • Promotional sales
  • Swimwear
  • Lingerie
  • Headwear

Sale and Sample Items

Sale & sample items purchased from our store and website are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales of this nature are final.

Sale Items Terms & Conditions

  1. All items offered on this promotion are sold as-is and are a “Final Sale”. There are no returns or exchanges accepted.
  2. Offer valid for a limited time only, while supplies last at
  3. Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for price adjustments on prior purchases.
  4. Product prices already reflect final sale discount. No code necessary.
  5. Adding to your cart or receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee availability.
  6. In the case an item is out of stock after receiving an order confirmation, a full refund will be issued for the item.
  7. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
  8. Nomadi reserves to terminate this promotion at any time.
  9. You are unable to use any store credit during a Final Sale promotion instore.

Returns of Sales Items

  1. Any return of a FINAL SALE item will not be issued any form of refund, store credit or exchange.
  2. In the event you return a FINAL SALE item, you will be contacted to coordinate a return shipment back to you. You will also be responsible for the return shipment cost as you did not adhere to our FINAL SALE Terms & Conditions.
